Support for Stetson University
Bahram Yusefzadeh, as part of his Community committment and involvement has been a supporter of higher education. During the Phoenix International years, the company endowed a technology chair at Seminole Community College (SCC) to 'Basic Tenants of Technology' courses focused on use in business. In addition, Bahram has supported the efforts at Stetson University of Florida where his children, Eric and Chrissy, graduated.
Bahram Yusefzadeh was an advisor to the Rollins College Center for Entrepreneurship.
Chairman of the Board of Trustees, ICAIR
Mr. Bahram Yusefzadeh serves as the Chair for the International Center for Automated Information Research (ICAIR). ICAIR is a research endowment that supports innovative research by University of Florida faculty on information technology and knowledge management.
ICAIR was established at the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law in June 1998 with a gift from the National Center for Automated Information Research (NCAIR) that was matched by the State of Florida. NCAIR is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to development of reliable computer assisted research systems for the business, law, accounting, and finance professions and to funding projects in the past to promote innovative and fuller use of computer assisted research systems. NCAIR's successful projects included the development of LEXIS, the first viable computer-assisted research system.
Political Activism
Mr. Bahram Yusefzadeh is an avid supporter of the National Republican Congressional Committee having provided financial support for many years. .As a first generation immigrant, he believes in the values that made America the greatest nation on Earth. He is active in 'Supporting and Promoting' these core values thru his support of conservative representatives and causes.
Honored Recognition
Bahram Yusefzadeh has been included as a distinguished American-Iranian businessman by the Iranian-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC).
